Merged my nux.canvas branch to trunk after review and approval from Jay.
This allows to easily create a nux-texture from a cairo-context not having
to deal with all the setting up, resource-handling and re-sizing. This
new class also makes sure no resources are left unfreed or leak. See the
provided example.
