[MERGE] Added 3 new modules with the following features:
     [ADD] It is really needed send a mail when a task is created to the assigned person, for let you know you have a new task to do. It was created the se             nd_mail_task module to meet this requirement
     [ADD] Sometimes we need know when a product needs a requisition and it being  indicated like priority in the requisition view is why that 
           we created the product_rfq module, that add a boolean in product for show if the product needs a new requisition  
     [ADD] Added base_vat_principal_view module to easier search the vat field in partner view, this module move vat field and set after the partner name               field
