After capturing data for all data

elements of a data set and running

validation successfully, the data

should be submitted for sign-off or

reporting. This is done by clicking

the “Complete” button at the bottom

of the screen.<br><br>

If a data set was marked as

Complete erroneously or if a

mistake was found in the data set

(i.e. there is still a value that is

marked for follow-up), then the

“Incomplete” button can be clicked.

This excludes the data from the

reporting rate analysis.

The reporting rate analysis (generated by the information officer/supervisor) calculates the percentage

of data sets that were completed and submitted on time based on pre-defined targets.

In cases where a data approval process is used, your data set can no longer be changed once it has

been approved and signed-off. If you need to edit the data values after it has been approved, you will

have to request for the data set to be unapproved by the appropriate supervisor level.
