Using Unity

    <dt>Click on Ubuntu Software Center on the Unity panel.</dt>

    <dt>Search and install cheese.</dt>

    <dt>Close Ubuntu Software center.</dt>

    <dt>Press the Super Windows Key or click on the Ubuntu logo on the Unity panel and search Cheese.</dt>

    <dt>Verify that the camera image is displayed properly.</dt>

    <dt>Close "cheese". </dt>

Using GNOME Classic

<dl>

    <dt>Open Software Sources.</dt>

    <dt>Ensure that the universe and multiverse sources are enabled.</dt>

    <dt>Open Ubuntu Software Center (Application→Ubuntu Software Center).</dt>

    <dt>Search and install cheese.</dt>

    <dt>Close Ubuntu Software center.</dt>

    <dt>Open cheese (Applications -> Sound & Video -> Cheese).</dt>

    <dt>Verify that the camera image is displayed properly.</dt>

    <dt>Close "cheese". </dt>

 

Verification

 

    <dd>Verify that the webcam image is displayed correctly. </dd>
