* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
  - Drop support for pike.
  - Use python2.5 instead of python2.4.
  - Clean Runtime/ as well.
  - Force a few environment variables.
* debian/Rules (clean): Remove Lib/ocaml/swigp4.ml.
