  - The manpage doesn't have any useful information and wasn't
    being installed anyway.

* Drop obsolete Build-Depends on liborbit2-dev and group the evo/eds
  Build-Depends together.
* Drop obsolete workaround to set -fPIC explicitly via CFLAGS.
