Add abrowser as an additional choice to satisfy the browser
dependency.  This removes differences between the Debian and Ubuntu
versions of the package.  (Closes: #600550)

Note about nip2: nip2 and vips are released together by upstream.

Usually their versions are in lockstep, though occasionally one is

released without the other.  Whenever a new version of vips and nip2

are uploaded together, always be sure to update the build dependency

on vips to the correct version.  This will prevent the new nip2 from
 
6
compiling against the older vips.  Although doing so should generally
 
7
be harmless, we still want to avoid it so we are building consistently
 
8
with how upstream builds.
