* QtLanguageSelector.py: fix crash when no language is selected
in the install window (LP: #553729)
* LanguageSelector.py: if gdm is running, write the user LANG setting
to ~/.dmrc and /var/cache/gdm/$USER/dmrc (LP: #553162)
