* Resynchronise with Debian. Remaining changes:
  - Ubuntu branding (including cdrom/suite Choices and Default).
  - Allow setting default CD-ROM drive parameters using
    cdrom-detect/cdrom_hdparm.
* Set cdrom/suite default to intrepid.
* Drop edgy from cdrom/suite Choices, since it's now unsupported.
