* Update the explanation of the -b command-line flag in the espeak manpage

  - Build espeak with AUDIO=runtime

    command to only extract the major version of the soname
* debian/patches/leak: Dropped, applied upstream
* Build for multi-arch
* Fix some lintian warnings
