* Update to standards 3.8.0.
* Integrate some patches from upstream BTS:
  - Switch to libsoup-2.4.
  - Fix crash, when Ctrl+C is pressed.
  - Fix typo in help.

  - Fix some compilation warnings and code errors.
* Switch to debhelper 7.
* Add debug package.
