* New upstream release
* Update to standards version 3.8.3
  - No changes required
* debian/control:
  - Mention rdiff-backup in the package description (Closes: #554818)
  - Build-dep on python instead of python-dev which isn't needed
  - Depend on python-brasero instead of python-nautilusburn
    (Closes: #544625)
