Using the "release" configuration, the unpatched dfsg tarball will build

everything except for the PortAudio plugin.  But minor editing to portAudio.pro

will let you compile the plugin against the package in Debian.  This isn't much

of an issue anyway since the Linux client doesn't use PortAudio.
