* New upstream stable release upload into Debian (Closes: #654703).
* Applied the Ubuntu armel patch.
* Removed non-free color swatches from resources.
* debian/control:
  - Moved icc-profiles from Recommends to Suggests (Closes: #655885).
  - Updated Standards-Version to 3.9.2.
  - Updated extended description per lintian warning.
* debian/rules:
  - Update mailcap (Closes: #630751). A request for mime.types update has
    been sent to the mime-support maintainer.
  - Added build-arch and build-indep targets per lintian warning.
* debian/patches:
  - top_cmakelists.patch - don't copy extra docs and changelogs.
  - scribus_cmakelists.patch - don't copy extra docs and changelogs.
  - scribus_cmakelists.patch - don't install the non-free "doc" dir.
  - profiles_cmakelists.patch - don't install non-free sRGB profile.
* debian/copyright: 
  - Converted to the DEP5 machine readable foramt.
  - Added licenses for free color swatches.

1.4.0.RC3 will become the next new stable version 1.4, which will replace 1.3.3.x as the officially stable Scribus version.

While 1.4.0.RC3 is considered to be usable, you may want to keep the latest 1.3.3.14 as a fallback option. Both versions can be installed in parallel. Please be aware of the fact that files saved with 1.3.4 or any later version cannot be opened by 1.3.3.x!

If you think you have found a bug in 1.4.0.RC3, you can use the Scribus bugtracker (http://bugs.scribus.net) to make us aware of it. Please make sure that the bug hasn't been reported earlier. The bugtracker's search feature can help you to check for issues that have already been submitted.

While 1.4.0 is now considered to be usable in production, you may want to keep the latest 1.3.3.14 as a fallback option for older documents due to some changes in layout.

ICC Profiles for Color Management:

Activating Color Management *requires* installation of CMYK and RGB ICC profiles. Please see the included help files, FAQ's on http://docs.scribus.net for details. Scribus ships with 2 ICC profiles, which are installed only to enable color management functionality. (This is not true for some distribution packages, where licensing rules prevent the inclusion of these profiles). The profiles *may not* and probably *will not* provide meaningful color management for printing. Additional profiles, covering most of the printing industry's standard profiles, as well as test images and related documentation can be downloaded from http://www.colormanagement.org/index_en.html. Scribus 1.4. will probably be shipped with these (and other) profiles, since they have been released under a Creative Commons license.
