* Merge from debian testing, remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/control: use our Vcs-* fields.
- debian/patches:
+ xubuntu_desktop-x-ubuntu-gettext.patch: display translations for
"X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain" desktop files
