* Merge from Debian unstable. (LP: #225849) Remaining Ubuntu changes:
  - Add usr/share/doc/kde/HTML to rosegarden-data, to provide online
    help documentation.
  - Change fftw3-dev to libfftw3-dev.

      MIDI event type, which you may use to ignore some event types and let other

      MIDI filters</a>.</p><p>MIDI Thru routing works quite differently when <span class="application">Rosegarden</span> is playing

        thru function routes events to the selected track instrument. The selected
