* New upstream release.
* Fixes anisotropic properties (Closes: #696361).
* New features include:
  + Multi-reference coupled cluster (MRCC) approaches
  + Hybrid DFT calculations with short-range HF 
  + New density-functionals including Minnesota (M08, M11) and HSE hybrid
    functionals
  + X-ray absorption spectroscopy (XAS) with TDDFT
  + Analytical gradients for the COSMO solvation model
  + Transition densities from TDDFT 
  + DFT+U and Electron-Transfer (ET) methods for plane wave calculations
  + Exploitation of space group symmetry in plane wave geometry optimizations
  + Local density of states (LDOS) collective variable added to Metadynamics

What is this for?

This directory is meant to stage some of our test programs into a gzipped

tarball meant for benchmark testing on various platforms. Our tests depend on
 
9
certain header files, preprocessor directives, and additional test-related
 
10
functions which aren't available from a standard installation of GA. The files
 
11
here are meant to fill that void.

will describe these files as well as files which have not yet been staged.

How to Generate the Benchmarks Tarball

Simply run "make".  The default make target will create a "ga-benchmarks"

directory, copy various test sources as well as the sources found here, and

remove the default staging make target from the copied Makefile.
