* Merge (manually) from git upstream, reinstating as many Ubuntu-specific
  strings as possible

* Build-Depend on isoquery and use isoquery in debian/rules, now that
  iso-codes no longer ships a flatfile list.
* Regenerate debian/control, dropping languages not present upstream
